09:00 – 09:30 Registration of the exhibitors and visitors for the morning part of the event.
09:30 – 09:50 Opening of the event, briefing for the representatives of the mass media.

10:00 – 14:30 Morning part. Pre-scheduled appointments at the workplace by individual programme. Each meeting is assumed to last for 10 minutes. There will be 5 minutes of break between the meetings for change the table.
10:00 – 11:55 Session 1. 8 slots.
10:00 – 10:10; 10:15 – 10:25; 10:30 – 10:40; 10:45 – 10:55; 11:00 – 11:10; 11:15 – 11:25; 11:30 - 11:40; 11:45 - 11:55.
11:55 – 12:15 Coffee break - an opportunity to communicate informally.
12:15 – 14:25 Session 2. 9 slots.
12:15 – 12:25; 12:30 – 12:40; 12:45 – 12:55; 13:00 – 13:10; 13:15 – 13:25; 13:30 – 13:40; 13:45 - 13:55; 14:00 - 14:10; 14:15 - 14:25.
14:30 – 15:30 Lunch time - an opportunity to communicate informally.

14:30 – 15:00 Registration of the exhibitors and visitors for the second, afternoon part of the event.
15:30 – 18:00 Second part of the event starts. Meetings and communication in a free format. 
15:30 – 18:00 Session 3 with the "hosted buyer" programme. 10 slots.
15:30 – 15:40; 15:45 – 15:55; 16:00 – 16:10; 16:15 – 16:25; 16:30 – 16:40; 16:45 – 16:55; 17-00 – 17:10; 17:15 – 17:25; 17-30 – 17:40; 17:45 - 17:55.

18:30 – 21:00 “Networking-cocktail” for the exhibitors, vip & hosted buyers and mass-media representatives.

Seminars and Presentations

Format of the event permits to conduct any seminars and presentations of any technical complexity in special rooms.
The timetable of working hours of this room:
10:00 – 10:50 Seminar №1; 11:00 – 11:50 Seminar №2; 12:00 – 12:50 Seminar №3; 13:00 – 13:50 Seminar №4; 15:30 – 16:20 Seminar №5; 16:30 – 17:20 Seminar №6; 17:30 – 18:20 Seminar №7.
Seminars and presentations can be conducted only by exhibitors of “Key2TM”.
There are no any preliminary appointments for visiting these seminars. For all the specialists who are interested in visiting seminars entrance is free.
